OFFICIAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Center, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed requests for proposals for furnishing the necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the following parking lot sealing:
- Seal Coat and Re-Stripe main Town Hall/Fire Department Lot
- Seal Coat Public Works Lot
- Seal Coat Walkways in park outside Town Pavilion
All proposals must be submitted to: Town of Center, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton WI 54913 by 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. on June 28, 2023.
Proposals will be opened and read publicly on June 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton. Be of further notice that the accepted proposal will be approved at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. The Town of Center reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all proposals, waive any informalities, cancel this solicitation and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town of Center. A certificate of insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the contractor awarded the project.
