Established in 1954, the Center Fire Department consists of roughly 30 volunteer members. When needed, firefighters are dispatched by the Outagamie 911 communications center through a paging system.

We provide a wide variety of services including:

• Fire suppression
• Vehicle extrication rescue
• Fire safety education and prevention
• Business fire and life safety inspections

As a department, we strive to serve the community’s fire and rescue needs through having an active membership, up-to-date equipment, and regular monthly training. Additionally, we work closely with the Center First Responders, Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department, and neighboring fire departments through mutual aid.
