2024 Cold Mix Patching & Hot Oil Chip Sealing Project Details

Sealed bids must be submitted to:  Town of Center, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton WI 54913 by 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Monday, April 1, 2024.  Faxed bids will not be accepted.  Please see project details in the link above.

Bids will be opened and read publicly on April 1, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton.  Be of further notice that the accepted bids will be approved at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.

The Town of Center reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, cancel this solicitation and to award a contract deemed in the best interest of the Town of Center.  A performance bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, a certificate of insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder.
