PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Center will hold a Public Hearing to consider revisions to the Town of Center Code of Ordinances for the addition of Chapter 27 – Prohibiting the Use of Holding Tanks for New Construction at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2024 at the Town Hall, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton, WI 54913.

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the town clerk’s office at N3990 State Road 47, Appleton, WI 54913, on Wednesdays from, 1:30 – 5:00 p.m. or by appt.  Code revisions are also available on the town website: www.centerwi.gov.  If you would like a copy mailed to you, please contact the town clerk at 920-731-7229.
