The Town of Center will no longer offer residential tire collection service.  This decision was driven by the increased costs associated with disposal. 

Residents can drop off tires at Outagamie County Recycling and Solid Waste, 1919 Holland Road, Appleton.  Hours of opertion are Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
