ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Town of Center is requesting bids for Hot Oil Chip Sealing with Cold Mix Patching and 5/16 chips.  Please include sweeping the road one week after the chip sealing is complete with the stone being swept to the shoulder.

1. Center Valley Road – County Road PP to State Road 47
2. Schabo Road – East of State Road 47
3. Rip Van Winkle Lane
4. Feather Ridge Drive
5. Hample Road- County Road O to Wege Road

Please break down each individual road project in your bid.

Sealed bids must be submitted to:  Town of Center, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton WI 54913 by 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. on July 13, 2026.  Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened and read publicly at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton.  Be of further notice that the accepted bid will be approved at that same Town Board Meeting unless further consideration is needed.

The Town of Center reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, cancel this solicitation and to award a contract deemed in the best interest of the Town of Center.  A performance bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, a certificate of insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder.
