The Town of Center will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com via the online electronic bid
service (Quest vBid) for the construction of Center Valley Road Reconstruction until 10:00 a.m., on May 8, 2026.

All bids will be downloaded and publicly read aloud during a virtual public bid opening that will be held at the
day and time of the bid closing. All plan holders will receive information via Quest on how to join the virtual
meeting prior to the bid opening.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of culvert and pulverization and overlay of the existing
Center Valley Road (approximately 5,280 feet) between CTH A and Hample Road in the Town of Center in
Outagamie County, Wisconsin. Work includes pulverizing and overlaying with asphalt and gravel shoulders. The
project also includes approximately 1,400 feet of concrete curb and gutter. Driveways will be replaced within
the right-of-way. Cross culverts, storm sewer, and driveway culverts will be replaced.
