ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Town of Center is requesting bids for Cold Mix Patching and Hot Oil Chip Sealing. Please include sweeping the road one week after the chip sealing is complete with the stone being swept to the shoulder (all roads except Woodview Drive and Hillview Drive should be swept).

Sealed bids must be submitted to: Town of Center, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton WI 54913 by 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. on August 11, 2025. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened and read publicly at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, N3990 State Road 47, Appleton. Be of further notice that the accepted bid will be approved at that same Town Board Meeting unless further consideration is needed.
The Town of Center reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, cancel this solicitation and to award a contract deemed in the best interest of the Town of Center. A performance bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, a certificate of insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder.
