TOWN OF CENTER NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Center enacted revisions to the code of ordinances entitled “Town of Center Code of Ordinances” on Monday, August 14, 2017. This code revision pertains to the Town of Center updating Chapter 4 Entitled Regulations on Burning (Industrial & Commercial Zoned Only). The purpose of this ordinance is to prohibit or strictly control the burning of materials in commercially and industrially zoned areas of the Town of Center. The penalties for violating the ordinance will be $250 for the 1st violation, $500 for the second violation and $1,000 for the 3rd violation and subsequent violations.
